Grade 5 Supply List

2025-26

Required:

• 1  5.5” x 8.5” dated school student planner (Global Datebooks is a good brand)

• 1 sturdy zippered pencil pouch (or box that will fit in the desk)

• 48 Ticonderoga #2 pencils

• 2 large erasers or a pack of pencil cap erasers (by student preference)

• 1 small bottle of Elmer’s glue

• 4 large glue sticks

• 1 package of EXPO markers 

• 1 pack crayons

• 1 pack markers

• 1 pack of assorted colored pens (ones that don’t click or come apart easily)

• 1 24 pack colored pencils 

• 4 highlighters (different colors) 

• 2 Individual Packaged Plastic Tape Dispenser(s)

• 1 pair of scissors 

• 1 small handheld pencil sharpener

• 1.5 inch 3 ring binder

• 1 pack of 5 dividers with pockets for binder

• 3 poly 2-pocket folders (no prongs)
  

• 1 package white lined ruled index cards 3 x 5

• 4 packs of light colored sticky notes (3 x 3) 

• 1 pack of looseleaf paper

• 1  ¼” graph paper notebook for math

• 3 hard covered wide ruled composition notebooks 

• Water jug & lunch kit with reusable utensils as needed

• 2 Boxes Tissues

• Paper plates, napkins, or cups (choose one)

Wish List for the Classroom

• Clorox wipes

•  Masking tape and/or Packing tape

• 1 quart ziplock bags

Specials Supply List:

• Spanish: 

• 1 composition notebook (yellow)

• 1 2-pocket folder with prongs (yellow)

• 1 packet of pencils

• Art:  Sketch book, 5 #2 pencils, 1 black sharpie, 1 Pack of 3 Paper Mate Pearl White Erasers

• Band: Yamaha Band Student book (available at school store), Concert band instrument that is playable and not in need of repairs (our repair technician will not be back on the island until October)
